"Norveški institut za međunarodne odnose" i beogradski "Centar za sigurnosnu politiku" izražavaju potrebu za suradnicima na projektu.

Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) and Belgrade Centre for Security Policy (BCSP) invite interested researchers and policy analysts to apply for participation in a project establishing baseline studies of civilian capacities for peace operations in the Western Balkans.

It is planned for baseline studies to be conducted in six countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia. Selected researchers contributing to this phase of the project will be allocated about three research months each, in addition to travel and accommodation at the kick-off meeting which is to be held on October 15-16, 2013.

All applications sent must include, written in English language:

1. Researcher/policy analyst's reasoning for applying, including an assessment of why are - and if are, in the first place - civilian capacities important in modern peacekeeping (max 2 pages);

2. His/hers short biography, including selected publications (max 1 page);

3. Updated contact details.

Applications are to be sent to both John Karlsrud at NUPI (jka@nupi.no) and Marko Savkovic at BCSP (marko.savkovic@bezbednost.org).
